Introduction
The purpose of this page is to share information about our service providers – in particular, our service providers that process personal data:
- of our HighGround customers and users; and
- that is supplied by us to the service providers or is collected by the service providers in the context of HighGround services.
All the service providers listed on this page act as our processors or sub-processors, and not as controllers with respect to the personal data.
Service providers
We may disclose personal data to (or enable the collection of personal data by) the following service providers.

We may disclose personal data to (or enable the collection of personal data by) the following service providers.
We have entered into data processing agreements or clauses (complying with applicable data protection laws) with each of these service providers.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process personal data outside the United Kingdom.
Transfers of personal data to the European Economic Area, as well as transfers to certain other jurisdictions, are permitted as a result of an adequacy determination under United Kingdom data protection law; similarly, transfers to the United Kingdom from the European Economic Area are permitted as a result of an adequacy determination under European Union data protection law.
Insofar as transfers to our services providers are not within the scope of an adequacy determination, and in particular in relation to any transfers of personal data to India, Ukraine and Australia, we ensure that they are made under standard contractual clauses approved by the competent data protection authority or authorities.
